The setup, step by step

This is London5, the first time it opens. I'm Mary, and I'll take you through the setup. There are four steps to get you ready. The first step is this welcome. London5 is where you explore the markets, research what you find, and decide within the rules you set. Step two is Intelligence: what does the thinking. London5 checks your computer's memory, its processing power and its storage, to see whether it can run that intelligence itself. This Mac can. Your questions and your analysis are processed here, without being sent to an external AI provider. London5 has picked a model for this computer, the 4B, and you can change it later. If your computer can't run a model, this screen offers other ways. With a London5 pay-as-you-go subscription, London5 connects you to cloud models, so you need no account of your own. You can also use your own OpenRouter account, or a server you run. Step three is the terms. You can read the Disclaimer and the Privacy Policy here, each in its own tab, or press Expand for a larger page. One acceptance covers both. London5 is research and simulation software. It does not offer personal investment advice or manage your money. Next, type your email address. It identifies you as the signer, and it's the address you'll confirm in the next step. Tick the box once you've read both documents, then press Accept and continue. Step four is your email. London5 sends a message to that address. Open it and click the link. You don't have to press anything here: this screen updates by itself. If you can't see the message, look in your spam or junk folder. We've skipped the wait, and your email is confirmed.
