Questions

What happens when the 14 free days end?
Your first payment is taken on the day they end, at the plan and price you chose. You see that date, the price and the renewal before you enter your card, and nothing is charged before it. Free days are once for each account.
How do I start a plan?
Download London5 and open it: it asks which plan you want, and you enter your card on Stripe's page in your browser. If you already have the app, choose a plan in Settings › Subscription, or on your account page.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time, in the app's Settings › Subscription or on your account page. Your plan stays until the end of the period you paid for, and you can resume it before then.
Can I change my mind after paying?
For 14 days after you subscribe you can withdraw from the contract, in the same places. It ends at once and what you paid is refunded.
What does annual billing cost?
A year costs ten months: two months free against paying monthly. It is paid once a year.
Does what I ask leave my Mac?
Not on Starter, Pro or Max. London5's model runs on your Mac, or on a vLLM server of your own. On Starter, the research you make joins Londron's pool, where other members can read it; Pro and Max keep it private.
What do I need to run it?
A Mac with macOS 14 Sonoma or later. Apple silicon is recommended: it is what runs the model well.
What if my Mac can't run the model?
That is what Pay as you go is for: London5 Intelligence does the thinking in the cloud, and you pay for what you use. It isn't available yet.
Are prices with VAT?
Yes. Every price on this page includes VAT, in euros. London5 never sees your card: it is entered on Stripe's page.
