Does London5 send my data or keys anywhere?
No. The engine runs entirely on your machine. Broker and exchange keys live in your system keychain and talk only to the official venue APIs. There is no London5 server in the trading loop — nothing routes through us.
Do I need to be online or watching it?
The agent runs unattended around the clock. Your machine needs power and a network connection to reach your venues, but you do not need to watch it. Every decision is journaled for you to review in the morning.
Can it trade real money?
Yes, but every new setup starts on a paper account by default. You promote it to live capital only once its journal has earned your trust — and hard risk limits and a one-click kill switch apply either way.
What hardware do I need?
An Apple-silicon Mac (M-series) runs the engine and a local model comfortably. For larger models or heavier research, a desk-side box like the NVIDIA DGX Spark gives you more headroom.
Which markets and venues are supported?
Crypto via Kraken and equities via Alpaca today, with more venues in progress. Symbols follow the Yahoo Finance convention across the app, so what you see matches what you search.
Is there a subscription or per-trade fee from London5?
During the alpha, London5 is invite-only through the Founding Pioneer program — a small founding community with early access and a real say in the roadmap. There is no per-trade or per-decision bill from us: you run the model locally and pay only your venue’s own trading fees.
